How do I attach my implements?
The AutoConnect Mid-Mount Mower Deck is easily connected by simply driving over the deck ramps and listening for the deck and PTO to attach. Once attached, adjust the Height of Cut knob to your preference, and start mowing. iMatch™ quick-hitch implements use three fixed points to back in and pick up rear implements without leaving your seat. The Quik-Knect™ system makes it easy to attach PTO-driven implements by utilizing one connector for the tractor's PTO shaft and a designated connector for each implement.
What does PTO power refer to?
Power Take-Off (PTO) power refers to power output after some horsepower is spent on hydraulics and power steering. The 1025R has a PTO power of 17.2, meaning that any PTO-driven implement requiring up to 17.2 PTO power will work perfectly with your tractor.
How does it compare to the 1023E?
The 1023E is, similarly, a sub-compact tractor. While it is more affordable, it is typically not found to be as versatile as the 1025R. The 1023E has 21.5 horsepower and doesn't feature an optional cab or 4WD. Both the 1023E and 1025R are capable tractors, powered by Tier 4-compliant Yanmar engines. The 1025R is more powerful and more versatile.
